I have imported two dogs prior. The export pedigree has always had the a stamp hips and elbows. This one does not. I know this is not correct. Original has them.

An export pedigree can be made prior to official xrays being done, or being send in, that can be the case

I understand how that could happen. The only problem is the export was just applied for May 5 2017. I had a copy of fci pedigree way before then showing the a stamp hips and elbows.

from which country, as example in Czech republic, one has to pay extra to have results stamped, some dogs do have official Xrays, but not stamped in pedigree

How would I go about checking to see if a Czech import had a stamp that was not marked on papers? I have a copy of xrays and they're really nice.
