seems the vast mojority is jewish people dismiss the bloodmoon doom prophecy as bunk, the vast majority of xians dismiss it, scientists see no significance to it and it is not a rare event.

the only people that give it significance are people making money off the gullible like haggee who actually does not beleve it is the end of the world or the second coming, he actually states isreal will go thru adversity and triumph ie;

"Hagee's book (and subsequent sermon series at his home congregation, Cornerstone Church) did not proclaim that any specific "end times" event would occur (as did Biltz in his original prophecy), but claimed that every prior tetrad of the last 500 years coincided with events in Jewish and Israeli history that were originally tragic, yet followed by triumph.

RS you are irrational and gullible, the internet is not good for you aas you are to vulnerable and lack the intelligence to tell fact from fiction, wrose yet you will eventually find people as gullible as you and you will damage more tehm as much as you are damaged.

"Writing for Earth & Sky Bruce McClure and Deborah Byrd point out that the referenced verse also says the "sun will be turned into darkness", an apparent reference to a solar eclipse. They note that since the Jewish Calendar is lunar, one sixth of all eclipses will occur during Passover or Sukkot. Furthermore, there have been 62 tetrads since the first century AD, though only eight of them have coincided with both the feasts. Thus, the event is not as unusual as Hagee and Biltz imply. Additionally, three of the four eclipses in the tetrad will not even be visible in the biblical homeland of Israel, casting further doubt on Hagee and Biltz's interpretation.[1] Writing for Space.com, Geoff Gaherty said he was saddened that "'prophets of doom' ... view these life-enriching events as portents of disaster" and said the eclipse was "hardly something to be concerned about".[9]'<%

In January 2014, Mike Moore, the then General Secretary of Christian Witness to Israel, wrote a lengthy article dismissing the claims of Biltz and Hagee. Moore's view was that no significance can be drawn from the eclipses."

christians debunking the blood moon BS;

"........

Israel uses a lunar calendar, and they base their feast days upon the phases of the moon.  Logic would dictate that because of this fact alone, lunar eclipses will fall on Jewish feast days with some regularity.

“No, it’s really not that unusual. Remember, a lunar eclipse happens only at full moon. We don’t follow a strictly lunar calendar today, but most ancient people, including the Hebrews, did. Their months began with the first appearance of the crescent of the new moon, which is a day or so after our modern definition of a new moon (when the moon and sun are in longitudinal conjunction). Reckoning from this point, fourteen days later, or the fifteenth of the month, always coincides with full moon.

The article then discusses the frequency in which lunar eclipses fell on Passover and Sukkot, the same feast days as in the Blood Moon theory. They start off here by mentioning that so far in the 20th century this has happened 37 times:

“…we can say that all 37 of these lunar eclipses coincided with Passover or Sukkot. This is about one-sixth (37/230) of the twentieth-century lunar eclipses, which is what we would expect because Passover and Sukkot happen in two of the 12 months. The relatively high frequency is a result of definition of the fifteenth day of the month on a lunar calendar. Therefore, again, the coincidence of lunar eclipses with these two observances is more common than Biltz realizes.”

So, do you understand what they’re saying?

They’re saying that lunar eclipses are so common on these particular Jewish holidays that it’s occurred 37 times just in the 20th century. They are so common that Biltz and Hagee have had to essentially say, “Okay, yeah, eclipses on these Jewish holidays do happen all the time, but how about two eclipses within two years of one another? Oh, that’s common, too. Well, how about four eclipses within two years of each other? Oh, that’s common, too. Well, how about we throw two of those away, and only look at the other three, and twist those a bit, and then we’ll have something to write a book about?”

On the whole, the Blood Moon theory proposed by Mark Biltz and John Hagee falls short of the biblical standards required for the sun, moon, star, and earthquake sign that’s supposed to herald the beginning of the Day of the Lord.  It fails to demonstrate any real and lasting correlation with Israel’s past, and it seems little more than fluff and hype.

In conclusion, I actually agree that significant events are on the horizon for Israel, and even possibly of Biblical proportions, but to suggest that any significant events which might occur in the next couple years are in any way related to the tetrad eclipses of 2014-15 would be akin to me saying that my team won the Super Bowl because I wore my lucky Jersey.

i don't expect RS to belive us even tho she craves that we read her delusions. she only needs to do 30 seconds unbiased critical research.

the red moon thing is a hoax to sell books, the guy, blitz,  who made the original bad calculations is just plain wrong according to the bible, observational astronomy and all mainstrean religious thinking, hagee saw a good conspiracy and a market opportunity so he diluted it, made it vaguer, more harmelss (no end days prophecy), sexed it up and wrote a best seller.

it is not real according to anyone but the most gullible, not even hagee the author believes it is an end of days prophecy, he frikking says so.

why is this poor person RS so sick and gullible moping around waiting for any sign the end of the world is coming, isn't that kind of an unstable, suicidal mindset?

Surely the Obama Administration wouldn't LIE!!

LAUSANNE, Switzerland — Just hours after the announcement of what the United States characterized as a historic agreement with Iran over its nuclear program, the country’s leading negotiator lashed out at the Obama administration for lying about the details of a tentative framework.

Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif accused the Obama administration of misleading the American people and Congress in a fact sheet it released following the culmination of negotiations with the Islamic Republic.

Zarif bragged in an earlier press conference with reporters that the United States had tentatively agreed to let it continue the enrichment of uranium, the key component in a nuclear bomb, as well as key nuclear research.

Zarif additionally said Iran would have all nuclear-related sanctions lifted once a final deal is signed and that the country would not be forced to shut down any of its currently operating nuclear installations.

Following a subsequent press conference by Secretary of State John Kerry—and release of a administration fact sheet on Iranian concessions—Zarif lashed out on Twitter over what he dubbed lies.

“The solutions are good for all, as they stand,” he tweeted. “There is no need to spin using ‘fact sheets’ so early on.”

Zarif went on to push back against claims by Kerry that the sanctions relief would be implemented in

This is exactly why we need laws to protect against discrimination, thanks for proving our point. Unfortunately Muslims aren't the only ones who do these things. It is also unfortunate that you would choose a Muslim video to prove our point, job well done may I add.

I have a few simple questions for just about everyone here.

Have you ever seen a wedding cake with writing on it?  I haven't.

These scenarios are so over the top as to be strawmen.  Unless you're a "naughty" bakery, most bakeries don't offer "naughy" wording.  That's not discriminating against one particular group, it's the same across the board.  See the difference?
