Does on have to be Mormon to be married to the same woman for 35 years?

My husband was married to the same wonderful woman 32 years, she passed and now we've been married for quite some time...and not a Mormon.....My parents have been married for 55 years again not Mormon......

Instead of asking "Mormon?"
Why not ask, if he is...... trustworthy, loyal, helpful, curious, kind, cheerful, brave, reverent?
