do right - the 'company' you mention is actually a service for hearing impaired people that scammers take advantage of. by law, they cannot intervene and can only speak to you what the 'hearing impaired' (really scammer) types to them.
i got some of this crap a year ago and reported it to the FBI; there were followup emails from the scammer that i forwarded. because of the volume of this kind of scam, i doubt the fbi looked into this case specifically.
bottom line, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. when this kind of call comes through, hang up.
