I've been trying for 4 years to get him registered on this site w/ no success and thanks to my great friend, you know who you are, for getting him on here for me. Ando is the ideal example of a working Police dog and the working German Shepherd. He has the natural instinct to protect, loves children, is handler easy, loves to sniff out drugs: as he is Certified with the Ohio Peace Officers Training Commission (OPOTA)and is superb with his family and others. Though don't let his kindness fool the criminal. He is certified and great at identifying: Marijuana, Cocaine, Heroin, Methamphetamines and their derivatives. He is trained for patrol: Officer protection, building search and area search. I also owe a great thank you to his Breeder for producing such a magnificent dog (Charlie Oren of Tsalihaus Kennels) And to Joe Gribbens for putting beyond such great exstensive foundation training on Ando before I even knew my boy existed. Murrtal is a certified Police Dog with the State of Ohio. This is the hardest Bitch I've ever seen. I work decoy on this girl...let's just say, I don't like to volunteer to "catch" her anymore. She always leaves bruises. She is a working GSD just in a show body. Thumbs up to Dux for producing this quality of a girl, along w/ Dennise's Dam's side. I rate Dux a 10. | German Shepherd Dog | V2 Champ von Dakota SCHH3 | To All, From someone that has a TRUE sable...there are many different variables of this color. A big one to remember...we have our Show line GSD sable and the working line GSD sable. They are very different. Jock is close to a sable as is Champ. Though it's much different than the working line sables. And to be honest, the closest sable yet is ONLY in Timo(and his progeny). Compare Timo and Champ... different aren't they? Then compare these two boys to say...Eagle v. Eichenluft...VERY different, yes? Yes. I'm not a strong believer in, one parent has to be sable in order to produce a sable. Champ's Mom is NOT a sable, nor is his Dad either. But I think certain dilutes to others can produce sables. It just all depends on what line/colors are bred together. No one REALLY knows for sure how some of these dogs, such as Champ become sables... .... | 19.9 years ago |
