Both! I love my kids to death, and now that they are older, I'm having alot of fun with my dog, which is like a toddler in her terrible two's right now! I have toys scattered everywhere, and she insists on playing with the noisiest squeaky ones.

The worst is when the kids get the dogs - both of mine are so tolerant of the kids it's unbelievable. My older daughter has given them both haircuts, they've been painted (green GSD anyone??), fed untold amounts of table food on the sly, and locked in closets. Amazingly, the dogs still love the kids and the kids adore the dogs. There are some days I want to lock myself in the closet, or at least the bathroom just for some privacy. Sometimes both dogs and all 3 kids try to sneak in my bed at night. I don't wake up until I'm cold because they are hogging all the blankets!!

I THOUGHT both T and Qristy were napping on the bed with me this afternoon... till my husband brought his hunting buddies hom to find the contents of the bathroom waste basket, Fem-pro's and all, spread half-chewed across the living room floor. Embarrassed? Who Me? Next time I'll close the bedroom door. SS
