Red; bull shlt

Joan,
He might be making the bigger stink, but in the famous words of Hollywood movie character legend, Rambo, it was Cruz who "... drew first blood." It is in Trump's character and will be understood by his base, that in such a case where he didn't start this "fight", he most assuredly will "finish" it. Also, it is not so much a fight, but in a man's world, not defending your woman is ultimately seen as pathetically weak.

But you asked WHY Cruz is getting a pass. You didn't ask SHOULD Cruz be given a pass.

Personally, I think they are both unworthy of title of potus...they are equal in the undeserving of respect category. Cruz is a slimy politition, trumpetista is simply slimy.

I didn't "ask", I used the article to show there was a provocation that should be known. GSD only brought up Trump's reaction, and presented like that, one might have thought Trump instigated, when in fact he only reacted as most men would to a character attack on his wife.

I agree, the pickings are less than ideal, but I think we've been hit with critical mass in the matter of selection, and we all will have to come to our own terms on how to deal with it. Avoiding extremes in all reactions by all groups, I think will serve our country best.

It did occur to me and then I met you. You are either the most gullible person in the world or the stupidest. Take your pick. I have never met a person in my life that believes every thing they read that their poor brainwashed mind has been programmed to except. I have proven half dozen things you have posted as being not true or a figment of your brainwashed mind but here you are saying it is probably me, lol. okay Red keep posting your non-sense and I will keep proving it is wrong. Avoiding extremes? lol, Mr Enema is beyond the extreme. He supports abortion because he realizes he should have been aborted.

I think you are very worried if he outfoxes everyone and does get the Republican nod, that the threat to Hillary is very real.

Or, do you think Bernie still has a prayer to defeat her?

Red sable stop being so gullible. People like you make the con industry viable.

What was you last drama blood red moons,  or strange craft hovering over a city.

No, I am not worried, personally, but I do think we should all be worried as a society because an Enema presidency would be very shitty for this countries standing in world. lol.

I do think there would be more than a few countries holding their noses!

However, you got me to thinking about our current standing in the world, and really, I think we've lost some of our former luster and respect, already.

Once the terrorists realized that we had a moveable "red line" to their challenges it earned their disregard, and our resolve and success rate has only gone downhill. I have never been a fan of nuclear anything, TBH, because I never trust humans for keeping themselves to a perfect management standard and that is what those technologies demand. Nor do I trust our ability to defend against the worst of mother nature 100% of the time.

So, when Trump said he'd use nukes against the terrorists, I sort of gasped in horror, that speaking such an idea is outrageous and insane. But what isn't insane is if the terrorists do think we have hit that point in our defense of our culture and way of life, that maybe we are pushed to the crazy point. Already, too, I think it was mentioned the Belgium cell of terrorists were contemplating their own plans for a nuclear weapon.

Kind of like a "Lethal Weapon" mentality— that perhaps it takes a crazy person (Trump) to deal with a crazy person (Terrorist ISIS).

Now, I am not saying we should nuke anybody, but only that maybe we should let them think we will. There comes a point in time when one has to say, what have we got to lose? I am thinking, aren't we getting pretty much to that point? Europe might need a few more bombings in a few more cities, but eventually they will have to conclude, too, that the coddling of ISIS within the Muslim identity needs those elements constrained, not spreading to all points and everywhere to grow their evil plans, as they are doing, and securing growth, exponentially.

Sure, I heard VP Kerry saying we need to get our terrorist watches and lists between countries better aligned, but really that is such a weak, no brainer response to ending the carnage by terrorists, who want to kill any one, any where.

This is just an expression of exploratory thought, not a call to action. Please read it— with that in mind.

True.
