The transition from one food to other should be gradual.
Try adding 50% Welness and 50% Royal canin with a glass of Milk
It may work!!

Try canned vegetables with a little rice, add a can of meat dog food. I always soak my dry food before mixing or adding to it.

Egsd, Don't be a raw food Czar. Raw food is optimal. But there are plenty of great products that are packaged in bags and cans. Not everyone has the time to prepare and keep raw properly. If you prepare Raw and you have to board your dogs what are they going to eat at the kennel?
The transition from one food to the other should be done in incraments over about a week. How about trying a completely different food. I personally feed Canidae. My dogs range in ages from 9 months to 5 years and one pregnant female. Firm stools, shiny coats and boundless energy. I also keep my dogs lean so their appetites are healthy, lol. If they are hungry, they will eat.
