I guess that's how you treat your dogs you own that don't make the grade,It's no wonder you can't see a way to find it in your hearts to just stop the cruelty involved with the horses.We have border control all they have to do is start tagging the trucks as inhumane  transport and confiscating the trucks and cargo,then things may change.So simple.Some can not see the forest threw the trees.

OMFG! Don't even ASSume to pretend you know how I care for my dogs. Your totally irrational. I put down dogs that healthwise, deserve a non suffering end. I have NEVER put down a dog because it didn't work for me or I couldn't sell it or give it away. The last dog I had, that I didn't think would fit me, went back to the breeder who was more than happy to have her back.

I was not talking about you 4 pack.I have seen kennels just take dogs out and shoot them and I've read its done on this board by some.that is a more humane  then whats being done to these horses.Every one knows we can not save them all but we darn sure can save them some of the suffering that they go though.

well lets see some compassion instead of the oh well it sucks to be them attitude.One phone call is all that is asked for .all ya have to offer back is so sad to bad..when to solution is simple have the trucks stopped at the border and tagged.it will force the mexicans to at least spend a dime on a bullet.

wuzzup even if what you are talking about is true "it will force the mexicans to at least spend a dime on a bullet" what makes that any better. Its OK to ship them to Mexico and have them endure a awful trip to get there to end with a bullet? I guess everything is better when someone else is doing it, just like logging. Save the trees, save the trees, save the environment.... but its OK if Canada rapes their land and we can buy it for less. It makes no sense! We had Humane Slaughter Houses here!! What part of that don't you understand?? It is because they were shut down horses are trucked across the borders. And prey tell , what are they going to do with these truck loads of horses are tagged ? I'm going snowmobiling, good luck animules and 4pack! I think it is called beating a dead horse! I'm sure there are more then a few breeders here that discard there dogs after they have out lived there usefulness.Either they are given away, wind up at a rescue  at the pound or sold to the highest bidder,just check out the classifieds and see for your self.as for the few I saw on here that recommend a bullet for a worthless dog they know who they are.If you read there posts you would have seen it for your self.AS FOR THE BREEDERS I KNOW WHO PERSONALLY  DO THIS,I HAVE KNOW IDEA IF THEY FREQUENT THIS DATABASE AS THE ASSUMED IDENTITY THING.I do not associate with them any longer as I find it rude to use a dog for eight years or so and then discard it like an old sock.

How about this All the people who are against the slaughter houses why don't you go out buy a couple thousand acres of land and save all the animals that are going to the slaughter. If you can't do that then stop complaining that these animals are going to die a horrible death. Tell me this would you rather A)- see these animals die from a slaughter house or B)- die of starvation because this country has so many dang people who want to save the animals, get them then have no way of actually taking care of them. Open your eyes people Your the ones who bi**hed about slaughter houses in the first place and had them shut down in this country there for YOUR the ones to blame when they get shipped across the border. So stop the "poor animals this and poor animals that" because YOUR the ones who put them there in the first place.
