It costs Millions of Dollars to do what you describe with video.
Amateurs do Not have the resources, you describe. Governments do.
One, can usually tell if a video if dubbed or Synched ie Changed, if they are discriminating.
Police forces & governments are employing More cameras & video. I havent heard the... 'video was changed' defense.
Film doesnt lie. Video doesnt lie. Experts can determine, if it has been altered when put under scrutiny.
I dont feel sorry for people like you. Used to, but not anylonger. Ignorance is bliss.

I guess the famed bigfoot video is real too. that was taken, what 40-50 years ago? not just some guy in a suit.
how about the video that is 3 minutes of an alien bobbing its head up and down in a guys window??
it doesn't take millions of dollars to fake a video. people do it everyday.

People that Fake video, are usaully outed within minutes..by those that know what REAL vdeo is.
Shooting in grainy 8mm video, as in 40 years ago, is Nothing like today with our High Resolution HD Video Recorders... 
One needs Script to Fake a Video. You Tube Blocks Script. Some hackers can be successful but the vids are recognized as Fake by the Provider.

you have issue's.
most home computers are quite capable of editing video's. maybe not where you are from, but around here, it happens everyday. just because something is posted on youtube, or on the internet for that matter does not make it REAL.

Videos, to be Viewed by the public, Must be Uploaded to a Host, .
Script is required if one wishes to alter the videos. Youtube Blocks Script. This is Not Hard.

No, I pay attention, I study history, World events and Politics. I pay attention.
I dont own a TV either, or have watched one in over 4 years.
I also know, predicted & Advised folks that we were entering a severe Recession, followed by a Depression, and then eventually Martial Law with a total economic collapse. Im 1-1 right now.
The same people like Bush, Paulson, Bernanke & Greenspan who said 'the economy is fine' when it was evident that it wasnt, are the ones that we are entrusting to FIX the economy with Trillion + Bailouts for themselves & their Buddies..
Fox guards the henhouse. They caused the problem and now are in charge of solving the problem...and we slave away giving up 32% of our income to these Bankster Crooks.
