If you think about it, the pup gets trained and about 2 years of age settles down to managable. My daughters on the other hand went from drawing on the freshly painted walls, to spilling nail polish on 2 day old carpet. The kids did not stop the seek and distroy until they moved out! My younger one never could figure out how to turn off a curling Iron. I bought her a cookie sheet to keep her Iron on for fear she would burn the house down. I would have paid the "Big Bucks" to send them for training!
