Geez-I thought I was the only one!!! I worry desperately about my puppies, even though I try my best to screen my puppy people to weed out the worrisome folks.....I still worry! All of my pups went to people I would feel comfortable having babysit my kids or grandkids, but I can't stop myself from playing old 'Lassie' movies in my head, always with one of my puppies in the lead role. How pathetic is that? There! I just outed myself! I'm a closet worry-wart! Oh, Lassie! Come home! jh

A puppy I knew many years ago...

His brother...

And my male doing what he does best... Looking as sad and pathetic as he can, which always gets him the most attention.  He has this routine nailed down...

And his happy photo moments later...

This is Duke right after he had been missing in the winter for 5 weeks after my truck crash (he was thrown thru window) he wasn't harmed thank God... I think he was actually trying to warm up his nose!  (and YES I know his nails are horrible, but he'd been thru a major trauma, and hates having them done so I gave him a bit of time to readjust to being home before tackling them.)

Hey snajper69,

    Right back at ya with your avatar. I said I was sorry to sue-ann. My problem is I've been dealing with ignoramus' like you this week.

AND DON"T KID YOURSELF on what I do or don't get, in the l... dept., and, while your LOL, your were so funny, I FORGOT TO LAUGH.

Poseidon,

Your first photograph is lovely... everything about it, the quality, how you can see either drool or droplets of water dripping from the pan.. very lovely.

{photography major here.. so i noticed the little details}

Thank you wdozier.

I liked that picture also.  Since acquiring a secondhand digital camera Canon D-60 back in 2006 I have been learning how to use it in different modes and settings.  Great to see some actually turned out really nice amongst the 100s taken.  Here's one I am proud of.....having to balance the camera on one hand, ball on the other, soaking wet from the numerous attempts and its all worthwhile (as long I did not drop the camera) :)
