"THe study stated that fat (like poultry fat) by itself, not in combination with meal or chicken or other items in the top 4 ingredients was shown to have a higher risk for bloat."
What I am saying is that the crude fat content per se rather than the order of appearance of "fat" in the ingredient list is more meaningful. Why is this not obvious?
If fat is the problem then wouldn't it be simpler to state a maximum percent of crude fat?
