Some nice guy with a beautiful dream owns this board. His name is Oli.
Unfortunately, because of some very rude and ignorant people, that have been free to contaminate this place, Oli is unable to realize his dream.
So, nobody "runs" this board. Feel free to post anything you like.
It's acceptable to post things such as; political garbage, porno, dead bodies, sex with animals, four letter words, religions, heck... post a snuff film if you like.
It's a free for all, where you can say anything you like, post articles of anything you want, rant and fight all that you want..... there are no consequences, everything is allowed, so don't hold back.
Caution: Try to keep your posts about GSD's to a minimum, it clutters the threads.
Oh, and for a real treat, go to the OT threads. There, you will really get to know some of these folks. It is on those OT threads that you will quickly see whose dog advise you should NEVER follow.
BTW...... My 10 year old grandson got his first dog (a Beagle) a couple of months ago. He loves to read and he wants to train her, and help me with my GSD pup. I had wanted to have him read this forum for ideas and then discuss them with me. After a couple of weeks of reading what the worms had typed, it was clear to me that this is no place for a kid. Imagine, having to restrict a 10 year old boy from a dog board, one about Rin Tin Tin.

There are some good folks here that seem to know this breed, but do yourself a favor, read until your eyes burn so that you will know the worms and their freaky friends.

When I see OT or certain other names, I just never even read those threads anymore.
I have read enough to know that I have no interest whatsoever in anything those certain posters have to say about anything.
I do not even open those threads to look and wouldn't it be wonderful if no one else did either and the page views were only their own and no one replied. Chuckle as they disappear off the first page.
It's kind of like, what if fill in name here (Hitler/Pol Pot/Fidel/Osama/or other scum) gave a party and nobody came.
This is a rough sort of democracy, vote with your page views and don't cast your pearls (replies) before swine.

Gator you might be interested in this for you AND your grandson - www.germanshepherds.com is a (nicely) moderated forum with a wealth of info about training, feeding, etc. A lot of very helpful members both newbie and experienced alike. I go there as much as I come here, and really like it. Your grandson could probably go on there alone without you having to worry about what he will see/read.........
