Those are absolutely stunning dogs but I think they all  look miserable in the snow. I think they would be far happier if you all shipped them to me so I can keep them inside and warm

Don't worry London my dogs are only outside to potty and play alittle bit then there back inside in a warm place. They also sleep around my bed at night.

4pack

She is living outside as you know with up to temps   - 20 degs centigrade, she does not seem to be bothered at all and the way she acts she seems to take it well,

She pulls her bedding out of the kennel and lays on it outside everyday,

But i will be glad when it warms up a little, the poop is frozen hard within minutes if you do do get there fast enough as is the  drinking water

They say it is the coldest in Limburg since 1975

and i have not been able to train the dogs for nearly two weeks now

I hope this thread hangs around, it will be another 2 weeks before I make it to the snow "with" my dogs this year. I have all my old pics on the external hard drive and don't feel like trying to find them. I need knew ones anyway.

Steve, I know your little one is outside. When my pup arrives, she too will have a kennel out back and can come in when I am not working only. Your little girl looks great, is she a long coat? I had 1 fuzzy one lie that in the only litter I have had but he wasn't a long coat, just an extra fuzzy puppy, who turned out with a beautiful stock coat.

It's nice to see the dogs enjoy the snow. I know mine do. My daughters old lady will fetch snow balls all day. Baden likes to wrestle with it and just sniff the wildlife trails out.

Yes, i said she wasa long coat but i think it right but not 100% sure

This afternnon we were playing in the garden in the snow and she got pretty wet ,so i tried to dry her a little before i put her back in her pen

I had a good look at her coat, It is like a thick downy blanket at the moment, Certainly she does not have a single coat

She could finish up a stock coat but whatever she is, the pup will do fine,

She has an obsession already to get into everything, loves the obly ball and is fearless.

I picked her up to put her in the pen and she had my cap off  my head as quick as lightning

The Cold has never bothered her which is great, i did have a few doubts in my mind when the Temp dropped to Minus 20 Centigrade, but she was fine, as was young Goran, they are some tough little beggers for sure, but i did put some warm water on there kibble for 15 minutes or so before feeding it during this really cold spell, as they possibly have not drank as much water as usual due to the weather
