I'm not sure it is possible to correct his misconception. He PMd me, in response to a message, that he has been a dog trainer for more than thirty years, was certified in dog training over forty years ago, and has dogs with the California Sheriffs, the US Government Navy Seals, and the DHS, which is interested in several of his dogs.
He also tells me that his dogs have passed every single health test 100%, and that he will continue to do these tests as the dogs get old enough for them. Read whatever you want into this. This is what he told me.

Check out his latest, he is claiming the patent for napalm (however that is spelled).
