If you are going to tape the dog's ear, it still could work at this age.
However you MUST keep the dog serarate from the others, so they will not pull it out.
For this to work, the tape has to stay in as long as possible. You may also need to re-tape after the first lot comes out.
Allowing the other dogs to pull the tape out would cause your girl pain, and probably will end up making the ear worse.
Don't bother re-taping unless you are prepared to keep her separate for the entire time the tape is in.

tampoon in the ear and fold the ear around it and tape. Do the same for the other ear. Then Take both ears and Rack
them by putting the ears together on the top of the head and tape them. This will help in supporting them. Leave them
up for two (2) weeks. After the two weeks is up take them down and check them. Leave them down for a little while and
watch to see if the Puppy continues to hold the ear up if not do the procedure again. This should really help. I did
this with all my puppies when they were going throw the teething stage. My females were really slow in holding up
their ears so I went ahead taped them. Be real careful and don't tape to tight. I hope that this helps you.

first have a vet check for infictions or torn cartilage if all clear. take a piece of light weight foam rubber about 1/2"x3/4" and glue it inside the ear on the crease. use just enough fabric glue to keep it there without it dripping. since you pup is already 9 months you will most likely have to repeat this process over and over for a year or so. after about a half hour, the pup won't notice it. if you look around, you might find a color that is not as noticible. if this doesn't work, the vet can "damage" the cartilage causing scar tissue that is stiffer then regular tissue. this will help the ear to stand.
I need to update the photo, this puppy's ear is up. It took only 4 days with a glued foam support, he was 5 months at the time. and his ear most likely would have come up on its own.
good luck
