I'd know more about this and have a better understanding if I competed but I'm out of that loop.
It is impressive to watch but I just feel its more for show that function.

Yes.. it is for show.. not function.. when on the trial field I want my dog focused and prancing.. I like it.. but when we are out for a walk.. he looks where he wants.. if it is an on lead walk.. I just ask that he doesn't drag me..
