This dog had good hips but the position was very bad for hips and elbows but they read them any way. This is the problem with the OFA there not consistent.

This is what I received from Dr. Keller and why I went ahead and mailed in the badly positioned xrays.


The pelvis is symmetrical.  While the femurs are not parallel their positioning is adequate.  Rather than anesthetizing her again I would submit the current images.  I think she will pass.

That was good of him to send that to you.

The picture on the form that is submitted to the OFA clearly says what the correct positioning is!

And yes I agree that the hips looked good even with the bad positioning.  

And obviously they were.
