Great looking Pup! I think that the cat better watch out, while he is still a pup your cat may be in charge, but when your pup gets bigger he indeed will be the master! Great choice and nice looking puppy!

:] Addie is so pretty! I can not wait until Lukas is a big boy! So he can spend time with his big sister, learn how to actually fetch. Hah!

You might have an issue between the puppy and the cat. My puppy is now 13 weeks old and it won't stop chasing the cat, who sometimes doesn't put up with this crap and fights back. It's a very unpleasant situation. We have to separate them at all times. Moreover, the cat started peeing everywhere. Few days ago, I left the cat in the master bedroom with food, water and her usual litter box, just to find a big mess on bed. I'm just hoping that the puppy would evenually grow out of her puppy play and stop the chase.

Depends on what his prey drive is like - I've finally had to choose between either cats or dogs, but not both at the same time........ just too traumatic trying to keep everyone separate and safe. Having said that, a dog we had many years ago was cured of harassing my neighbor's cat when the cat stood its ground and raked its claws over our fellas nose...... I can assure you that WAS the end of it LOL!

The both of them rather keep their distance from one another, while Lukas does want to play, Joey has yet to use his claws. He just swats at him and glares, lol! Other than that the only problem we have had is that both of them want each others food, but we've moved the cats to a higher place and he eats up there. As for the spraying; we rescued Joey and had him neutered, and he was never much of a sprayer. But every time he has had enough he just goes outside the back door and stays relatively close to the house so he wont get run over. And when we take Lukas out Joey just has to follow. I dont think I'm too worried about them yet. :)
His (half) sister Addie up there is the same way, she loves the cats, she just isn't sure how to play with them.
