I am planning on having her spayed but in order to get her titled I was informed she had to be an open bitch. I'm confused ! Oh and there was nothing signed in regards to a non-breeding contract I was informed this 8 hours later.

What kind of title?  For Sch. they don't even have to be registered.

Candis if you bought the dog here in Canada, the breeder is  obliged  to provide you with papers within 6 mos of sale/purchase.  If you did not sign a non breeding agreement, then there IS none.  If you do not get your papers within a reasonable amount of time, you can report this incident to the CKC (Canadian Kennel Club)
By the way, as far as I know, AKC does not honor CKC non breeding agreements (your limited registration equivelant)

Yep, you can title any breed or mix in Sch.  It sounds like the breeder said she would give you full registration if she was titled?  I would ask for at least a copy of her registration papers just so you know that she IS eligible to be registered and you're not being strung along.
