There is an error in the registration number in this entry.  Below is what I have found.  I’m going to assume that this entry refers to Chance No. 4841, unless I find something different.
1801 is a male Retriever named Devil, from Vol. I, 1874
4841 is Chance (Mr. J. Terry's) (Trapper x Nell), same parents as above, from Vol. III, 1876 for the year 1875
4801 is a female Greyhound named Happy Sally, from Vol. III, 1876 for the year 1875
