I am about 80 miles away from the shelter and could pull him but I could only keep him here a day or two at most. I am also near a major airport for a flight out or deliver to someone there.

thank you to whomever pulled him...he is no longer on web site....but it looks like they took in like 12 cocker spaniels...must have been someones neglected back yard breeding "program"....
