@vk: I think it is possible that you in Oz and I in the UK are at about the
same stage with how PETA presents itself; I expect it started in the
same milder way in the States. But latterly they have seen the gloves
come off. For more info on PETA in the US look into the current "Stop the
Shelter Killings" thred.

Peta headquarters is in the USA. They are here in person doing their dirty deeds. They have been arrested here doing their dirty deeds. The org has a long dirty record spanning many decades here in the USA so we in this country have had up close and personal experience with the real Peta, instead of the sugary hyp UK and oz get.
