Hexe's right (as usual). Anything, pregnant by anything ? - Would not get you a future male pup whose breeding would be likely to suit your existing female. So that would chuck your long-term 'plan' straight out the window, crap-shoots all round.
To return to your initial question / OP: one of the ways to make it less likely you'll get scammed or mistreated by a (foreign, or any) breeder is to know what you are looking for and to go looking for it accordingly, ie on an informed basis; not just a random pick of the advertisers.
