During the 70 years since WWII the USA has dropped three times the tonnage of bombs used in WWII on Germany and Japan around the world in order to bring peace to the world .. it does not appear to be working. The USA has conducted more "peace time" bombing raids, missile strikes, and sanctioned political murders than any nation and more than the rest of the world combined since the end of WWII. What is publicized as a terrorist tragedy in San Bernardino is an every day occurrence caused by the USA and USA allies or mercenaries in most nations where the USA is conducting peace operations presently. The USA and Russia are presently bombing all over Syria and pretending that the people who live there are wildlife or the enemy exclusively. Drone strikes have killed 10 people for every terrorist that has been killed by these strikes. Bombing for peace is like f**king for virginity. Personally I would like to see US Military spending reduced to $300 billion per year and half of the foreign troops returned to US shores.

Hundmutter says; "You are possibly right about the automatic protection doorway idea -
but any sensible measures like that cost too much, don't they ?"

No, they don't cost too much. The stupid Mideast wars have cost over one Billion $ per Week! The detectors might cost what the stupid wars cost for ONe week. Once the detectors are in place, they won't cost that again . so only about one weeks worth of war.

As for the us and all the allies bombing every time a rabbit pops out of the rabbit hole...you need to complain to the one's doing it, none of the citizens in this country have any say so nor influence on military decisions/ actions.

No, Gigante, you can't. But if somebody buys a gun and hasn't been a
terrorist YET, and there's little control, what's to stop them becoming a
'terrorist' once they have the gun (s) ?

My gun stops them and grandpa's as well. If this was stopped pronto as has happened many times by a gun carrier people would be scratching there head as to what happened in SB because you would never have heard about it. That would not fit the narrative guns bad. Theres a reason these mainly happen in gun free zones. If the muslim terrorists had no access to guns they still would have been planning and thinking how to kill those nice americans throwing them a party.

Why do you suppose they built all those pipe bombs? Guns don't kill nearly as many at a time.

Some of the most horrific shooting have taken place in states with the least gun control. Fact.

Have you read the latest - it is a miracle more didn't die, according to the police. Bombs may or may not kill more. See Boston. Had that been 2 guys with AKs what could have happened?

More guns = more deaths - there is no arguement against that fact. Most people who kill aren't terrorists domestic or otherwise. Many more people die from the shooters emotions among gun deaths. Husband killing his family type of things. Neighbor shooting neighbor because one blew leaves on the others lawn. Road rage. Thousands of legal guns are to blame - there is no hiding that fact.

Thumbs Up Admin.

@GIGANTE - so where were you and your Grandpaw when that
couple were shooting their colleagues at the party ?

Gigante

More donuts equals more death....

Can we at least agree to ban the buttermilk?

If you make stuff up as you go along you kinda lose all credibility madam admin.

Since 2007 750 murders total by CCW holders. There are well over 8 million gun licensed CCW permit holders in the US, that means that 94 murders per year are committed by 8 million people (assuming that the number of permit holders remains constant*) meaning .0012% of gun owners in this category commit murder of any type.

It wouldn't be unreasonable to extend this sample to all gun owners, and assume that .0012% of all legal gun owners commit a murder. Of 319 million in the US less than 40 % own firearms. 128 Million including the CCW holders equals a maximum of 1504 murders. 11,961 murders total in the US in 2014 worse case scenario 12% occurred with a legal firearm.. A number we can all agree we would like to see go lower.

Punishing, restricting, further curtailing the rights of 127,998,496 of our brothers, sisters, uncles, best friends, favorite co workers and grandma who have done nothing wrong because of the actions of a maximum best case scenario of 1504 people logically makes sense how?

More fun facts.
Summertime is great love those flip flops your more likely to die from tripping and falling at home then from a legally owned firearm. 16 ish died today. 5840 die annually.

I would just like to mention that Monday in the state of Pennsylvania over 500,000 hunters with high powered scopes n high powered rifles took to the mountains for our first day this hunting season. Not one person was shot. lol

Ohh the irony for such a debate. Just saying.

I'm really liking this mobile version of the pedigree database, I just noticed it today on my visit. Good job !!

Hundmutter the question is worded wrong.

Should be: what would you and grandpa have done since the libtards own the state and had both your weapon locked up in one place and your bullets in other. Thrown a donut at them I guess.
