something about this dog I like or something I see in it I like regardless of the poor performance, I feel sorry for this dog as well.

a better show line than many is my guess, if only it was given half a chance to succeed.

Thank you all for your comments regarding this dog I kinda feel sorry for the dog now. The breeder also breeds working line as well but they didnt put videos of his working line dogs.

you know when "The breeder also breeds working line as well " that they have only one interest, sell as many puppies to whoever is stupid enough to buy them.

vk4gsd, do you know this breeder? I do. This is an old video, and after speaking with him thoroughly and encouraging him to come to training, he's completely redone his breeding program. Yes, he does have both show and working. How would that make you a puppy mill? Think you shouldn't be so quick to judge. Not good training in the video, agreed. Which is why the breeder is now with a good club, and has good dogs. But just because someone is inexperienced in working, or has both working and showlines (God forbid!), doesn't make them puppy mills. Just food for thought. 

OP, has your parent contacted the breeder about the issue with the dog?

My father in law didnt purchase the dog from the breeder he bought her from the original buyer. He knows nothing about german shepherds, he saw some comment on the video saying something about how the dog sucks or something like that. I was just leaning more towards the handler/helper being inexperienced and came here for more opinions to help him feel better about his dog.

I Use To Own This Dog York I bought him From Serbia And This Is What They Sold Me And Said He Was Full Trained. Therefore i Was Doing A Video. Further more THese People that Posted This Comment Are Mad Because They Contacted me today saying They Bought A dog from me and wanted breeding rights. I said no because that puppy was not even sold to you by me . It was sold to another person as a pet. Now they go on my website and try to find something and cant so they post this Video. Why dont they show video of me actually working my dogs I have really nice show dogs and working dogs that will work. I even own a VA4 Femanle so People dont get caught up by this. Its coming from a person that i have never done business with and mad because I wont let them become a back yard breeder with a pup that was sold as pet quality to one of there friends! This Is So Funnny! People Like To Lie.

The person with the dog I am talking about is my father in law he does not know you and has never talked to you and the dog he has from york HAS BREEDING rights thefore he would not be mad at you for not giving him breeding rights. I am not on here to bash the dogs you are breeding. I came here to help my father in law feel better about his purchase from york because I didnt beleive it was genetics only bad handler/helper work. And If i was you and wanted to show the breeders in serbia that they did not train the dog right i would not post those videos on your breeding website for everyone to see. Instead I would have sent them a email or some other nature but not on the website you were trying to sell puppies from york on. Doesnt make sense to me.

There is no reason at all to get mad or upset. I believe york is a good looking dog and I dont necessarily beleive his genetics were bad. Only bad helper/handler work. so I would say you bred a pretty good dog. The only reason I came here was to ask others about this and most people seem to agree that it doesnt seem to be the dog just the training. And training comes with experience and you may not have had lots of experience then so be it you can get better if you already havent got better. RELAX im not bashing your breeding. Hell I may even buy a dog from you one day who knows.
