I did do that. I did it as soon as you posted it. It removed a couple things and some old browsers I'd updated. I'm not worried since stuff IS being blocked, but I'll be curious to see if it all goes away after the bleeping computer clean-up.

What gets me is the Amazon IP.

I'm sure Amazon  is not happy about that either. They are just as vulnerable  to attack as everyone else is.

Seems there are way to many people with miserable lives or something that they search for ways to hack others systems, just to inflict misery on people.

Really, what kind of people get pleasure from attacking unknown persons computers and infecting thousands of programs, just to cause hardships on unknown people.

Got another hijack to an adobe mandatory update/fake flash player download. Norton blocked it. So...since I ran the thing you told me to run yesterday, do you have any other ideas about where this crap could be coming from or why it's only happening when we try to navigate pages on this site? You can tell by the IP that it has nothing to do with this site.....so what gives?

My router maybe?

It could be the router as another member has mentioned in the other thread. I would definitaly check to see if your router has an update. I just find it hard to believe it is a router issue. (without knowing what brand router)

I do know Oli is working on this when he can and so far has found nothing on his end.

Honestly, I wish I could find the answer to block it.

It was pointed out to me that amazon tech is a large hosting company so it is very possible that one or more of their members accounts have been compromised or hacked.

I am off for the holidays so will put some time into trying to figure this out.

Jenn,

If you don't mind can you PM me what router and firewall software (if any) you are using.

I wish I was closer Jenni, I could probably find it in about 2 minutes.

Lies, it's not really bothering me at this point since it's being blocked- I'm just trying to help give clues to see if Admin or Oli can figure out why it's happening here and what to tell people to do. Thanks though.

Yeah, Admin. I'll do that in a bit. I gotta look it up and it's buried in a back closet.

If you do the same thing in a different browser, is it also blocked?  I still suspect a compromised browser.

VKGSD,

Do a remote management session and help us out here if Jenni agrees.

I also suspect a browser problem. Hence all the things I have suggested.
