It sure is :) I wanted to get those bad boys done before he started serious training. I gave him to a friend to train as her HRD partner (her old guy is slowing down).

I won't leave a dog for xrays. They can either cooperate with me and let me stay in the room or they can lose all my business. I am not having my dogs sedated over and over because they can't do their job properly.

I trust my vet, he does not bs me or try and sell me things I do not want or need. He likes working dogs and has referred several people to me for training. He is not out to make a buck and was in the red until his wife forced him to hire an office manager who would be the bad guy, because he was giving so much inventory and services away. He is truly for the animals and I would not hesitate to leave my dogs with him. I'm sorry you do not have this kind of relationship with your vet. They screwed xrays up 1x out of 30. It happens, we are human. They tried to make it right.

Melissa, did you not just post this? Confused Smile

"I talked to the radiologist this morning.. she seemed rather irritated that she was redoing them. Oh well, if they had read what was sent with him, we wouldn't have a problem. Fingers crossed they're done right this time. Seems like if you catch her on a bad day xrays look like crap"

My post was in response to this- why should you have to redo them and your dog be sedated again because someone's crabby??? You're a paying customer and beyond that, the medical field is not the place for those who let their work suffer because they're having a bad day.

Posted while I was angry, what like a month ago. Yup, I was pretty irate, but I've had time to think about it. One screw up out of 30  or so realy isn't bad.
