No, did not think it was serious, however, the title of this thread is "really?????" The analogy Donner used was a "really???" IMO.

How ironic that the brilliant people that do not need warnings, can't figure out.that it is a legal thing. Like, "CAUTION: HOT" on every coffee cup since the McDONALD'S lawsuit. If.people are.really that ignorant to stick a.bag on their head, perhaps they can't read. Like kids. What about blind people? Maybe we should put warnings in brail. Or maybe they're just smarter than the rest.
