But since this is so uncharacteristic, or is it?
Has this never happened before. A dog misbehave in a group of other studs, bet the judge has never seen that before.
Or maybe TessJ10, you shoule be the judge, then it would all be perfect. and Phil can be the breed warden and cross the mals with the shepherd?
Count me in, if you are up for election. We need more prosecutors like you.
Can you put Blogo behind bars? or Drew peterson?

I personally witnessed another incident at the 2002 USCA National Championship in Gadsden, AL where a German Shepherd was dismissed for aggression AFTER HIS OBEDIENCE ROUTINE by Judge Herr Peter Jacobs. The incident occurred during the critique of a round robin obedience trio which included Ivan and Django. I believe Ivan was in the middle during the oration when the dog on his right, calmly got up from his sit walked forward, made a left turn, walked past Ivan, faced the 3rd dog, walked right to his face and jumped him. Ivan was absolutely composed and handled it perfectly. He just told his dog "fuss" and peeled off to his right and left the scene. Nothing happened to either dog involved but Herr Jacobs dismissed the instigator for aggression and disqualified him from further participation. The whole thing could have probably been avoided if the handler in question had his dog on leash as the "rules" state is permissible during the critique.
Point is, if it's good for the goose, it's good for the gander. Why is this type of behavior not even allowed during the BH test but permissible at a National "Open to the Public" event? Is it because the "Friends of Johannes Grewe" are held to a different set of "rules"? It's time that the current USCA administration is held accountable for their self serving manipulation of the "Rules and Regulations". "This bra doesn't fit, and I'm not going to wear it anymore".

Oh, dear, now you're calling Julie a liar. Nice.
And you're missing the point again - the aggression is to be penalized, NO MATTER WHO. So to get back to the point, this makes the judge look even worse. Multiple aggressive dogs and he does nothing? Appalling.
And hey, Moses, why are not you and "your people" concerned about judges ignoring the rules?

I like Winners -- not Whiners -- WINNERS ! Why can't some of you "Yahoos" get over your envy or "pull that hair out of your ass? Is it because deep down you know that you will never reach that Level of Competition / very slim chance that you will ever have a high rated V dog / and will NEVER have a VA rated dog ?
Just be happy for those that participated, those that rated well, and those that won. You guys/gals are all "bent out of shape" because of the "split" in the Club; then you start looking for a target to go after. Do you realize how stupid and petty you sound in your posts. Color Shampoo / Tails / now Dog Aggression and bad Judges. Your attitude and behavior is EXACTLY why you will never go to the top with your dog.
