How about not sticking your hands in the dog's face as one of the points in the article that is very apropos to the video? How about proper leash control? If you are going to test then the testing procedure should be done correctly and any mistakes in that regard are very relevant to the OP video.
You can say why you were doing this all you want but HOW you were doing it was wrong. This is according to the very article which you are now quoting.

Well, troublelinx, if you are the decoy who Prager says was bitten then you need to get well soon. If it wasn't you, it will be, so get well in advance.
The best way for you to take the moral high ground would be by being honest and giving actual answers to questions.
