black:What I said before the training and the decoy work in the opining video sucks and wich people gonna testing a green dog with stress and frustration like this ?
Anyone who has video camera rolling all the time is going to have sub par moments, if people video alot they will have had moments everyone else can pounce on as well. Certainly was not a Cecil b Demille moment.
But to your point above.
What might be the issue? Stress and frustration are inherent in work. If the dog crushed under the minuscule stress show here better to learn this now. Seriously low threshold find another job. Obviously this dog was capable of handling it.
Pick any dog any working class pick, repeat this and the dog should recover immediately and be capable of returning to training in a blink of eye.
Koots: Good article thanks for the post

Do you know what the working dog will do when he figures out he is loosing the fight for the first time? I plan to know what exactly he will do BEFORE it happens in a critical situation. Does this sit well with pet trainers ? Apparently not

You question those who are questioning you but why shouldn't they? You haven't exactly given us any proof your opinion is more qualified.
You mention you want to know what a dog will do when losing a fight. The video in the OP had nothing to do with that. It was training, no wait, it was a test. Neither you nor Prager have said what you were testing for. If you actually trained dogs for LE you would know that you don't know EXACTLY what a dog will do when it's "real." You can't because it isn't real unless it's real. Training is not real. You want a good idea of what it will do when it's "real?" Take off all your safety gear and let the dog have a go at you. And then you try and stop the dog as if you didn't care if it lived or died. Your reaction will be real and we'll see how the dog reacts. Tell me I'm wrong.
Finally, that article on muzzle training was very good. You should have read it before you attempted to do it.

I can tell you that you are wrong. A new dog in my eyes should be used with in his capabilities until he gains experience. Too much to type about. Even as a conversation the knowledge that you hope to gain is worthy of a long conversation and then some

Side note... you would have to be totally green or a very low level idiot to think that service dog training would be shown on you on you tube. That's a touch subject for reasons not obvious to you. Not to say that they also are not videoed.
Side note 2. We know that we don't train perfect. This is the reason why we record nearly all training when our cameraman is present. All videos are reviewed and analyzed.
