The other thing that the t-shirt does, to make its so called "point", and clearly the point is a propaganda, a protest even; whereby all things religious are stringently avoided legally, and in this particular, the public schools.

That is why the successful use of a montage...the juxtaposition of the image of a worried child and a sympathetic parent (God), really, becomes another layer of what we perceive: The innocent child questioning the existance of (a loving) God, because he is discovering the evil and violence happening in our schools.  It implies that God, in his answer to the child, is commenting on the fact that religion cannot be a part of public schooling or government.

This ends up resulting for those with faith to ponder that it also denies us, (society) of a morality tool. One that is considered a very valuable morality tool.

GSDAdmin: I should have said parsing words is like "nit picking" and  is a waste of time to get to the heart of the so-called matter, that matters most: morality.

Knock it off with the snide remarks, Travels, you haven't quite got a great grasp on this whole topic as far as I'm concerned. Why don't you just throw in your two cents and tell me what it all means to you? And how is it you want to deal with morality? That is yet to be seen.  What is it Hannibal Lector always said? "Quid pro quo, Clarice...!"
