Moons, availability. No one can predict when the next person will snap. A person buys guns today, doesn't mean they can't snap next week.

It is a joke Moons because all the guns in the USA aren't going to stop our government from doing whatever they want. They will just get out bigger guns that can level whole blocks. And yes the 2nd is a joke in todays times. Arming ourselves against an invading power or our own government is a waste. But hey don't listen to me, I don't like guns, but you will see more of these mass killings, IMO.
