No, to my surprise the Judge said go down to the jury room at the end of the hall, sign up for jury duty, then come back with the paper work. When I brought the paper work back he just smiled and said you're all set, you can go home now.
Never asked why I missed it.
Oh course I had to sit for two hours with a bunch of soon to be convicted morons.
It was an experience, I'm busy as hell at work so it kind of sucked big time. LOL

Well, it was a while ago, but I do remember him saying something like, "My God, What a bunch of $@#*! scums of society! I couldn't wait to get out of there....what a waste of &$#*!! time
He wasn't as gracious as you... still thinks he was sent there unfairly.... you should have seen me laugh when he had to do it for the second time, LOLOLOL Can you believe it, to this day this man thinks he's a great driver, right up there with the formula one guys!
