Doh, my other ancestors came to this country long after the Native Americans were killed. See WW2 happened well after the Native Americans were killed and not before. I just don't see the point in making the remark. It was made for one reason and one reason only and to me that is wrong. Yes, immature is correct.  Ninja you are a dolt.

A little joke is no problem, but to joke about what happened to my ancestors as far as getting slaughtered and forced to march to their deaths is no JOKING matter. It was said to only get to me because that is what insensitive people do. Shame.

Whatever it is between you two, it is a thead killer.

I am writing Santa Claus on your behalf. I am asking for help to evolve you from dolt to adult.  First though, I admit, I was happy not to be called a dolt. But then I thought, maybe calling myself a dolt covered everything in a general way. Who knows? 

Anyway, my next thinking was, maybe you can just leave the Indians out of it? It is a very sore point with GSDAdmin. And lots of nice posters are Native American's and my guess is they aren't really laughing.  Who knows, maybe that's all it takes, being aware. Something to consider

Tis the season,    and who knows, maybe we can give PEACE   a chance? I think it is a good idea.
