We are not real estate investors; we are real estate owners, ergo, we have a product. You are clearly out of your depth attempting to discuss business and understand neither Bain's business model nor ours. Perhaps you should stick to something about which you have actual understanding if such a subject exists.

Or maybe a Sam.

Like I said, Micaho, you're out of your depth. We don't buy real estate to sell it; we buy real estate to own it. We only sell properties that we might have gotten as part of a larger acquisition that don't fit our portfolio of high-end properties or that, because of demographics, don't perform well.

this is the second democrate to say........raise taxes for all workers.........what do that have planned for us?

SM, if you think Obama is likeable, I'd hate to read what you think about an unlikeable man. Most of what you say here is, at best, half truths taken out of context from right-wing bloggers like Breitbart. Seriously do you EVER fact check anything before you post it here? If I had the time I'd could refute everything you post here, but I'm working on a CDX and an RA right now so can't spend 24/7 on the net. Have at it...........

Yes and some uneducated folks are remarkably ignorant, while some are very, very street smart and business savvy. And actually quite a few who are well educated and think they are authorities on current affairs really do not have any knowlege of what is actually transpiring behind the facade presented by the major mass media as cover for that reality, often which would be too difficult for most to process. The best way to find out is to access information provided by seasoned investigators and researchers or experts who have penetrated the "walls of silence" protecting most current political affairs. At first this is painfuul and folks may fel that if such is actually true they would go nuts.
I once heard a nice individual who listened to a well done presentation on MKultra by experts say afterwards something to the effect that, "if I ever let myself believe our own Govt actually did these things, I couldn't go on living in this country, I might go crazy." Then this individual was told, well these dark secrets of hidden govt crimes exist in every major country so moving wouldn't help you, better to get involved with groups trying to expose it and stop it like this one. After an adjustment period of shock and dismay this person went on to do their part to help expose this which is the first step in stopping it.
The famous quote of John Swinton so many years ago still hold true for the most part, except that thanks to Darpa and the Internet, truth is being revealed by folks on the inside as never before and diffused rapidly and permanently around the world:
The following remarks were apparently made by Swinton, then the preeminent New York journalist, the head editorialist for the NY Times and later the NY Sun. One night in 1880, Swinton was the guest of honor at a banquet given him by the leaders of his craft, some have claimed was his retirement party. Someone offered a toast to the independent press. And Swinton shocked his colleagues by stating:
"There is no such thing, at this date of the world's history, in America, as an independent press. You know it and I know it.
There is not one of you who dares to write your honest opinions, and if you did, you know beforehand that it would never appear in print. I am paid weekly for keeping my honest opinion out of the paper I am connected with. Others of you are paid similar salaries for similar things, and any of you who would be so foolish as to write honest opinions would be out on the streets looking for another job. If I allowed my honest opinions to appear in one issue of my paper, before twenty-four hours my occupation would be gone.
The business of the journalists is to destroy the truth, to lie outright, to pervert, to vilify, to fawn at the feet of mammon, and to sell his country and his race for his daily bread. You know it and I know it, and what folly is this toasting an independent press?
We are the tools and vassals of rich men behind the scenes. We are the jumping jacks, they pull the strings and we dance. Our talents, our possibilities and our lives are all the property of other men. We are intellectual prostitutes.

And yest this is still true today for the most part. Check out the well respected book, "Into the Buzzsaw". Before he died William Colby stated publicly that the company's greatest achievement was the successful implementation of "operation mockingbird", the complete co-opting of every major news editor and spokesperson, by one way or another.
And yet, today many first reports are accurate and slipped into the backpages to be later scrubbed out by the censorship process. Sometimes important stories slip into the mainstream media due to their prominance, but then they usually become quickly spun and or twisted by psyop specialists.
Labelling anyone who presents information or even stories from credible sources which seems incredulous or outrageous (as reality often is) are often simply labelled, name called, accused of being crazy, ignorant or crackpot or bad, while the actual background facts are never investigated thoroughly. http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=161407.0
There are a number of highly respected psycholologists and psychiatrists who have written and spoken about this phenomena and explained how and why it occurs.
So the bottom line is when folks claim Romney has made major goof ups based on Press stories and videos, one must know the actual background of what is going on in orer to unerstand the full context. And sometimes the actual meaning is much worse than a simple gaff. Now here is one expert's opinion on the actual background context of one Romney gaff.
