That 44 looks like a winchester 30 Cal with a sawed off barrel, yet it is a pistol with a 12" barrel.

Yep, classified as a pistol.
The boy has one short barreled rifle, cost 300 for the federal stamp just because of a folding stock (mp5 clone).

What's really scary is - on a thread titled preventing mass killings - people are advocating the disarming of Americans. 3 days and 3 nights of darkness huh.
