I am curios to which breeder you are refering to. I am getting ready to buy a puppy from eastern ky.

I dont think it could be the same kennel as I have not heard anything bad about them. Just doing my homework.

Hi Just to shed some light to all concerned, I am the Trainer of said dog and proud of the dog, the SO CALLED HANDLER, is a handicapped, by back injury and surjery, very grumpy older man, whose version of sitting from a down, is "come up here" with a jerk of the leash, I did not train him to respond to the words, "come up here"!!! He walks walks very very slow never praises the dog, in which was trained by praise/correction, more praise than anything. I just today got on this site, which I do not use that often, because I am outside training dogs. I have never advertised on this site, nor have I had any dealings with anyone on here especially the person who thinks I may have trained her dog and tried to register it falsely. As far as this man goes, I went against my principle and drove 94 miles to pick up and deliver the dog, alot of gas there that he was not charged for. He never came to my house and watched his dog work or took handlers lessons. He said because of his health, he wasn't able, I did this for him as a favor, Now I will tell you I only charged him $500.00 dollars, because we are new at the business, but I have shown and trained my own dogs my whole life. I love working with dogs, it is all I do! I will tell you the dog will work his obedience for handlers that know what they are doing. I have his contract and it said nothing about retrieve or bite development, He would drag you and would not jump in a vehicle and would not go in a crate, When he left he would crate without releiving himself through the night, he stayed in my house the whole time, He would would jump into the back of a truck and suv, We also loved this dogs drive, as he is bred excellent for working, so we worked him on bite as an extra, at no charge, most know what it costs to have personal protection put on any dog. We were pleased with him when he left. The man clearly was not satisfied, so out of shock I offered to pay him back half the money or take the dog at no charge to him and work him longer, I tried every way to please him, I even offered to buy the dog myself, There was no way to satisfy him. I have not cut any ties to people in the area that I work with training. He has repeatly threatened my business. Now This man needs and older senior dog with no energy at all, His dog was bred to work and he cannot handle the desire and drive bred into the dog. I was interested in buying until he started bad mouthing our training. I am in no way ashamed of who we are and will be more than glad to talk to anyone interested in this posting I am going to give my business and email info at the risk of scaring some people off.  Also will be glad to give phone and name references of dogs we have trained of very pleased clients at their permission. He is a dog trainers worst nightmare. Nothing I can do will satisfy him he is dead set on ruining us. I am sorry this happened, you may email me at outbacksheps@hotmail.com  and my business name is Kustom k9 dog training. I have not done anyone wrong and just wanted to tell my side. It is funny how some people these days take advantage of internet and so many unneccessary law suits. As for the officer that is 35 minutes away, I know who you are and you are more than welcome to come and visit, watch us work dogs anytime, I am not ashamed of who we are. Thanks for reading my post.

I have called and e-mailed you over 20 times.  I was not even going to give out your name because I don't want to ruin you only to have my money refunded as you promised.  You told me you did not have the money to buy the dog is why you did not take him,  And when you came to get my dog you had to come over this way anyway to pick up a dog for your son's birthday;  and me and my son met you over 25 miles from my house to drop the dog off to you.  If you are so honest please give me half of my money back as the dog will not do what it is told to do.  I have had other trainers work the dog and they said it looked like he was never trained.  The dog is doing well now that I got a trainer to work with me.  But again I ask you HONEST dog trainer to do as you promised and return half of my money and I WILL BE SATISFIED.  I don't want everyone on here involved I just wanted to finally get a response from you as you told me you are on here all the time, which you lied and said this is your first time.   I am also a little upset of the name calling.  I have worked in the coalmines for over 20 years and have had my back operated on many times.  I am broken down but I am not a grumpy handicapped old man.  I think that is very unprofessional to call clients names because you refuse to refund half my money as promised.  ALL I ASK IS TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

You know, I gotta hand it to a lot of the people that post on here with their "rip off" reports for remaining so calm and "accepting" of being "had".  I myself do not take kindly to ANYONE taking advantage of me on any level and ESPECIALLY when it comes down to $$ I paid for a service I did not receive or was not given what I was promised.  Why is it that when this happens people think by posting a thread and arguing back n forth behind a monitor will get you results or your money back???  Yes we appreciate "warnings" but here's my take on the situation (and I'm not saying anyone was or was not "scammed" but I wouldn't be surprised"  GET OFF THE COMPUTER AND GO GET YOUR SATISFACTION; whatever method or means you need to handle your situation accordingly.

Oh and deuce...I'm not saying you did anything wrong but if you're  all you said you were and you're a business man then do the ethical right thing and give the guy 1/2 his money back if he's not satisfied with your services.  You can't please everyone all the time but it says a lot about a person when they have ethics; and it will come back to you ten fold by having a decent reputation.  There's enough jerk off's taking innocent people for a ride in this industry- I'd seriously doubt you'd want to be placed in that category right??  A good reference may travel a little slower but a bad reference will travel like the plague.  And if this person is handicapped you should be ashamed of yourself for even having to think about what the right thing to do is.  Just my 2 cents.  Carry on!

The only fault on the trainers part that I see is that they should not have guaranteed that the dog would obey.  No dog will obey a bad handler, they are living beings, not a computer that can be programmed to carry out certain actions if you push the right buttons.  I hope that das hinterlands will take a lesson that if their customer can't or does not want to be involved in the training, then he should refuse to train the dog from the outset.  If you do you are setting yourself up for failure..
