Most all of my dreams are pleasant. it's very rare for me to have a bad dream.
I've never had a nightmare that I recall.
I love dreams.

We all had a good time, then I woke to make that trip down the hall that comes from old age....lol
When I returned my dream had changed to something else.

Night,
Rose.

It doesn't look promising in light of this, because it seems to indicate that "blame" is the name of the game.  Last week, the GOP house moved aside, even verbally acknowledging that they were going to pass it over to the Senate to come up with a "compromise", as if they didn't know beforehand it wouldn't resemble what House Republicans were demanding.  Now, all of a sudden a week later the House has taken it up again?  Why? Because they know that after the Senate drafts a bill (one most likely more balanced than anything the House would draft), it would then go to a vote in the House, at which point the GOP would be left holding the ball, to bring us into default or not. For political reasons (as if no one realizes how politicized this all really is), they want to draft their own after all, so that the Senate is left to reject the GOP House bill, where a default may then be viewed as due to the Dem Senate's unwillingness to play ball.  I lack the words for my level of disgust.

I still see everything revolving around big money and nothing being done for the people, or the country.

I haven't really checked into the numbers, but I remain curious as to participation in the market before 2008, and after for example.  "Wall Street" has recovered nicely since then (at least the indexes have), but what I am interested in is how much of the pie was owned by how many, before and after. ;-)

You mean, who profited?

I mean, the Dow for instance has "recovered", and even exceeded the 15,000 mark for example, but that simple measure wouldn't indicate for instance, the number of people who dropped out of the market when things got really ugly, millions lost their jobs, cashed out some of, or all of their investments, leaving bargain basement pricing for big money to p/u wholesale.  The result, more consolidation of wealth.  Just a thought and a question because as I said, I haven't really looked into it.
