I would say definitely interdigital cysts! Look for a natural remedy... Vets usually ofer steroid based drugs. jmo

.Why did I not think of that???...I just gave him a bath and washed his feet with an antiseptic wash from the pharmacy...What I notice is that they look more like blisters now..I will have to take a pic tomorrow outside in the daylight....Deanna...: )

Update,,,The bump has drained and is almost gone...The other smaller ones look to be drying up and going away too......Go Figure.....
