Jransmom I mean the shoulders are open towards the dog instead of square. Sometimes what can happen is when the handler finally does square up, because the dog has learned to heel with the handlers shoulders slightly open towards the dog, so that the handlers torso is slightly turned towards the dog, once the handler squares his shoulders, the dog will begin to crab in order to get himself back into what he has learned is correct position.
