Knowledge is power when you have it, in both intelligence and common sense. You can not have knowledge when you stick your head in the sand and look at actions, reactions, laws and ethics.
What I understand that you and the others are stating is the USCA does not have to follow the laws of non-profits, incorportated in the state of Missouri. USCA does not have to follow the established bylaws, but expect the members to do so. USCA polices itself and finds itself not guilty, when caught.
Thank you for the clarification, since you have been going around in a twirly whirl for days.
