I have 5 GSD. Nike, female, 10, is SchH1 OB1 TR3 AD and is a retired couch potato. She was also my foundation bitch.

Alexis, female, 7, is a pet and cuddler. Daughter of Nike.

Vala, female, not yet 6, is SchH3 AWD1 CGC is my current competition dog. She is also a house dog and pet.

Deja, female, 15 months, Vala daughter. She will be titled in SchH and probably some other areas. She also is a house dog and pet. Plans are also to show her and get her survey.

Donovan, male, 15 months, Vala son. He will hopefully be my next competition dog in SchH. He shares house time too. Plans are also to show him and get his survey done.

All working lines.

I have no other dogs, but do have a 16 year old parrot and 30 laying hens (though they live outside).

GSDXephyr

I've got three at the moment.

My old boy is a gsdxhusky mix, he turns 15 this year.   He's been a great pet dog, always tolerant of any dogs, people, children, or other animals that I've dragged through the house over the years.  He can go anywhere and fit in and behave himself,  no special training just a nice family dog.

Then there is my 3 year old gsd bitch.  She is everything I ever wanted in a dog.  She amazes me every day with her personality, good humor, and faithfulness.  We train rally,  sheepherding, and started nosework now as well.   She's in the database:   Xephyr vom Germelhaus.    Fantastic dog.   She is my constant companion in everything I do, and puts up with anything I ask of her.   She would rather be by my side than eat, and yet is never demanding or clingy.  Just "there" with me.  She's always "got my back" too when things get weird now and then.

The newest addition is a 15 month rescue gsd.    Hayden came to me from the shelter as a turn in that was hard to place because he had some nutritional and fear issues.   I fostered him for GSD rescue,  and he was such a good fit with my other dogs and felt so at home here I ended up making it a permanent arrangement.   We don't do much by way of training yet,  still working on remedial socialization and basic manners.   He is still attempting to grow a brain, lol.   Typical adolescent in many ways, but trying to be a nice boy.   He wants to train sheepherding but like I said, he's gotta grow a brain first!

We've usually got a fourth visiting dog around the house at any given time,   from shihtzus, to more gsds,  to currently a great dane.   Never a dull moment.

We have 3 Poms.  Emma and Teddy are littermates and Squirt is Emma's daughter.

And of course, Carly.  She's my dog, whereas the Poms are more my hubby's.

Thank you S.P. and VomRuiz.  VomRuiz, yes, I too think my Dugan and Rookie look similar.  I kid Kim about "how she stole my dog".

Lol, thank you GSDTravels. Beau is brilliant, he is always smiling and his tail never stops wagging, he has such a happy go lucky nature. We rescued him many years ago as a pup in a view of fostering him until we found him a forever home. But Beau stayed and found his forever home with us. We couldn't help but fall in love with him. Incidentally his name was Lucky, but we are the lucky ones for him bringing us so much joy. We changed his name to Beau when he joined us as we felt that suited him more.
