I have been an insomniac since i came home after my stint in H.M Forces, and that is a very long time ago, i had to try and sleep in some god for saken places with what was taking place at the time and i guess that may be the cause of the problem, But for all those years i only now Cat Nap and that is every night the same, I have tried taking sleeping pills and twice the strength but nothing i am not in the Land of Nod so i never bothered again it is a part of what i expect when i go to bed , I get up at 2 or 3 in the morning and turn on the Computer to see what you Guys are posting as it would be your daylight hours then
I guess the only time i will sleep is when die
