Me' i am all for that and definite proof of name and address, then if anyone has a gripe against anyone they can sort it out the right way and that is meaning any defamatory Posts Thats the way it should be up front, That would stop all this rubbish which has gone on of late and we could then get back to the true meaning of the Forum

Steve I am a member of 2 boards that require you post under your real name, I wouldn't have a problem with it either.

Steve, I don't agree with providing full name and address. "We" (the public) are advised to NEVER use full name nor any identifying information on sites such as "chat rooms" etc. While I agree it would definitely cut out the abuse (or one would think so), it could result in identity theft and actually destroy a person's life -- wipe them out financially and emotionally in trying to sort it all out.
Oli has the necessary information to put a stop to these antics. The ball is in his Court.

How many folks on here who use their real names have had their identity stolen? So anyone claiming that has other reasons to not use real names.
