I didn't read the bash thread, but I did read the article that is the only thing being referenced in this case. You all are beating a dead horse, or dog, in this case.
As for her boarding dogs, if she is boarding dogs, and people are actually putting their dogs in her care, then her kennel must be in better conditions than it was before. Otherwise, she would have trouble on her hands again.
As for the conviction vs. plea, I stand corrected. Thank you, Mystere.
In closing, there is no reason to say that there is no way she should ever be able to own dogs again, that it is inevitable that she would be mistreating or abusing them because of any past behavior. People change...That is one redeeming quality of mankind, that we can change, and until you know, I mean actually KNOW FOR A FACT that there is anything untoward going on in her kennels with her dogs, then I think you are overstepping to be saying that her dogs are living in crates again.
Again, I don't know this woman, nor do I know all the circumstances of her case back then. If she did in fact neglect and abuse the dogs she had, it was wrong. Very wrong. But it seems to me that to say something is happening that you don't know is happening, just because it happened eleven years ago, is wrong, too. I say people can change, and until you know they haven't, you should withhold judgment.
Just my opinion, and I'm not going to argue with anyone on it.

No thats not her smell I am smelling this time but I am sure Jan Bartmess is happy BSC.
See people do change but they usually would need to accept what they did before they can change and I just did not see or hear it once in all her 10,000 paragraphs of rubbish.
Yeah something sure does smell.

I didn't say what she did was right. I would not defend what she did. She may see nothing wrong with what she did, though obviously the court had issue with it, and Animal Control did, as well.
As for DDR's "rambling", no, I don't read most of her posts, as they are long, and there are many of them...I simply do not have the time.
I do believe people can change, and if she's boarding dogs, I think the clients will see the kennels and the other dogs, so if she is mistreating them, someone will know about it, and will act accordingly. You mentioned that all she did was point fingers and blame others...Okay, so she did. I still say that someone would know about it, with her history, if she was repeating the same actions again now. No one seems to have issue with her, except over the last incident, and of course, calling her crazy..Which she may be. I'm simply commenting based off of what I have read, and some things are missing there...
Regardless, you can't go beat her up, kill her, or do any other physical damage,. and so all you can do is type out messages that say the same things, over and over again. She paid the price the court demanded, apparently she complied with all of the requirements regarding not having dogs for that three years. Some would say she paid her debt to society. Heck, there are people who have done far worse than she did, and never got caught, or paid less of a price...Not saying it's right, but it happens. Warn people of the person, if that's what you feel called to do.
There's no need to attack me or to say that I am defending her...I am just trying to understand what the situation was. I didn't read the one thread, but I did read part of another thread...The boxes thread, and this one, and I felt compelled to ask for clarification, because things just didn't add up. When you see multiple threads on the same subject, you finally get curious as to the cause. Sorry about my curiosity..Should have stayed out. This is my last post to on this subject...Guess the rest of you can sit here and talk to yourselves.
Have a good night, all.
