Your beating around the bush,If your right(i,m not saying your aren,t) then your next logical choice is go to a court of law present your case and demonstrate that you are not just another loud mouth shit stirer!. Go for it Einstein, Show us how it,s done. I,ll applaud you. In 2 more days it,s all a moot point any how. I,m not going to argue bylaws which you seem to be on top of I,m asking why don,t you do something with the info other then beat your pud here with it?

So Einstein:
If your not a member, or dues paying member are you a member of the WDA? GSDCA?. Do you even own a dog ?.
Einstein:
My recommendation is if YOUR so well studied and seem to have all the case work at hand and no i,m not acquainted with Missouri law(Because I don,t care) but you sure seem to know a thing or two about it (supposedly) then my recommendation is go for broke, show us how it,s done.

judron55 - I look at what I am dealing with and recognized I am dealing with unarmed "opponents".
I am an academic; I utilize the computer for a myriad of reasons, including research. I would suspect that you and BobMckown are working and interesting how much time you are able to spend on the computer.
I would recommend that you get off the post you are sitting on and make an informed decision. This is election day. Did you vote? How did you determine your vote? Similar to your USCA support; the way the winds blows? That does not bode well. This is an issue with organizations where money is a indicator.
Bob Mckown,
Again, case study. Why do you not do something? I echo the same comment that I stated to judron55; are you an informed voter?
It is interesting that both of you refused to read the law and see how it applies to the case at hand. Both are you a agreeing with the illegal action of the voting, the mis-applying of the due process (simplistic terms; honor among thieves and fox/hen house). You are pushing, instead of the right process, for a lawsuit.
How banal.

This is a case stud y. Simple words. One syllable.
Please detail the BS that you are so fond of spouting? I have provided legal examples. What are yours?
Based on prior posts, you and others are apt to screech, yell, post and run. Yellow journalism and deflection. You can not.
Stick to the questions and points. Provide the specific BS.
I will wait until you get your personal message and telephone calls for the others to clarify your position and response.
If this is how you treat members of the general public and non-members of said organization, this is concerning.

No, "game on you". I do not play games; I work on facts.
You and the other shrill posting "men" have not provided specific examples. Have you taken the time to review the Missouri law in regards to non-profits? Not an internet site, but the established laws. Knowledge is power.
USCA officers broke the established laws, acknowledged it and are trying to bury the illegal action.
You approve of the illegal actions of the USCA officers.

Einstein....I'm acknowledging that I'm not interested in your rhetoric...knowledge is power....game on you..that's comical...coming from such a edumicated soul...take your case study and ...well you know!
