Gina should have her mouth open, IMO. I think very few dogs can pull off a really good closed-mouth photo. It helps with expression. Run her around and shoot a couple more.

I agree with Jenni.....get Gina to open her mouth.
I amazed that they stood/sat still long enough for all those pics! LOL!

The Camera i borrows from a Photograghic Shop this afternoon. i have to take it back in the morning, However if the weather is Okay i will take a couple Of Gina with her mouth open as suggested.
To tell the truth she was glaring at me and all she was doing was grizzling on to herself she wanted to get at the camera i was holding, Look at the way her eyes are focused on me in all the Pic's

I noticed the glare. My pit does the same thing, although he takes it one step further and just close his eyes. He only does this if I manage to find where he's hiding, LOL.

But the truth remains, the best pics to capture expression in a drawing are the relaxed, panting pics. Maybe you can get someone to take the pic while you distract her with something she likes, then the pic will be more candid.

Izzy has the best lighting on 4 and its good expression. I would retry Gina for a better shot that enhances her beauty :)

Beautiful Girls.
For Izzy, I really like the #5 expression but I think the #2 photo shows her best coat color.
For Gina, I agree with Jenni and the others who say Gina needs her mouth open. Right now she looks a little startled in all photos.
